Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and reliable OB/ ER Housekeeper to join a Local Company in the Athens, Cedar Creek, Tx area. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of designated areas.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming: Thoroughly vacuum all carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture to remove dust, dirt, and debris.
- Changing Linens: Replace bed linens, towels, and other textiles with fresh, clean items.
- Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect surfaces in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Working with Chemicals: Safely use cleaning chemicals and products according to specified guidelines and procedures.
- Polishing Floors: Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain their appearance and safety.
- General Cleaning: Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in all rooms and common areas.
- Trash Removal: Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash properly.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 35 pounds.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
