Kelly Jenkinson

Director of Operations

Kelly joined the Express team in June of 2004. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two sons and a loving grandmother to five granddaughters and two grandsons, who are her greatest joy. She is deeply connected to her community and takes pride in building relationships that positively impact those around her. Her leadership skills, passion for people, and dedication to supporting her Express family make her an invaluable part of our team and community.

Darcy Hall

Business Developer

Darcy joined the Express team in July of 2020. She has been in the staffing industry since 2004 consulting with businesses and building strong relationships. Outside of work, Darcy enjoys living in the country with her husband on their ranch. They are blessed to have their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren, Ford, Tate, and Adalynn, living close by. Darcy is excited about being on the Express team in Athens and loves helping companies see the value in what Express has to offer.

Gabby Alanis

Senior Employment Specialist

Gabby joined the Express family in September of 2022. Gabby was born and raised in Athens, TX, and strives to make a difference in the community she loves so much. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband, Pedro; son, Kash; and step-daughter, Azelyn. She loves helping people and being able to make a difference in someone's life is a big reason why she joined the Express Team.

Aubrey Jefferson

Employment Specialist

Aubrey joined the Express family in January of 2025. She has always worked in a field that allows her to help people, and she is very passionate about making a positive impact on other's lives. In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys spending time with her family and making memories with her husband, Ryan, and two children, Kehlani and Malakai. She is eager to work alongside such a valuable team and is thrilled to join the Express tribe.

Chelsie Foster

Front Office Coordinator

Chelsie joined the Express team in July 2025 and is passionate about helping people in any way she can. Her own life experiences have shaped her compassion, and she loves being able to make a positive difference for someone who may be going through a challenging time.

Her son, Asher, is her whole world and brings so much joy to her life. Chelsie enjoys spending time with family and friends whenever she gets the chance. Her empathy and warm spirit make her a wonderful addition to the Express team.

Recruiting Specialist

Jazmine joined the Express team in January of 2024 after coming to Express to aid in her job search. She is so excited to be a part of the Express Employment family while working toward becoming a radiologist. Her mission is to help touch as many people as she can, just as Express touched her.
