Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking Production Line Workers to join a local company in the Palestine, TX area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment on the production line.
- Perform manual tasks such as product handling, labeling, and packaging.
- Ensure all quality, physical safety, and food safety standards are followed at all times.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure production efficiency and safety.
- Monitor and inspect products for quality assurance.
- Assist with line changeovers, equipment cleaning, and general maintenance as needed.
- Report any safety, quality, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, with the ability to lift 25-50 lbs through the day.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to SOPs.
