Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bartender to join a local company in the Malakoff, TX area.
Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, with varying hours (Holidays Required)
Responsibilities:
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency
- Engage with guests in a courteous, professional manner, delivering personalized service
- Maintain a clean and well-organized bar, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Monitor alcohol consumption and comply with all TABC guidelines and policies
- Upsell spirits, wine, and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain stock levels and assist with bar inventory and restocking
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless bar and dining operations
- Handle cash, credit transactions, and POS systems with accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of prior bartending experience
- TABC Certified (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) – active and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortability serving High End Patrons
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
