Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Insulation Installer to join a local company in the Athens, TX area.
Schedule: Monday, 5AM - 3PM Tuesday - Thursday, 6AM - 3PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and process insulation material according to company standards
- Allow insulation to cure/process before packing
- Pack finished insulation into bags for transport and use
- Vacuum out old insulation from attics and crawl spaces
- Prepare worksite on Day 1: clean out area, seal off holes, electrical outlets, plumbing, and other entry points
- Install new spray insulation on Day 2, ensuring proper coverage and adherence
- Work in tight attic spaces—must be able to crawl, climb, and maneuver comfortably in confined areas
- Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in construction, insulation, or a similar trade preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in confined attic spaces
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and working in hot/cold environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
