Express Employment Professionals is seeking Construction General Laborers to join a Local Company in the Palestine, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 7PM **12-16/hr shifts, with Overtime Opportunities**
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks including site preparation and maintenance
- Clear out trees, brush, and debris from construction zones
- Break ground using hand tools and light machinery
- Receive and process tickets from incoming trucks
- Grease and maintain construction equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling
- Support post-construction cleanup and final site detailing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
