Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join a local company in Ben Wheeler, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Pull customer orders accurately using a handheld scanner
- Box and process outgoing shipments
- Load and unload UPS truck and other deliveries
- Receive, put away, and stock incoming inventory
- Rotate warehouse stock to maintain accuracy and freshness
- Read tape measure and cut extrusion materials to required lengths
- Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Print barcode labels and package inventory for shelving
- Pre-box and stock rebuild operators, motors, and gearboxes
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and warehouse organization
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse/shipping & receiving experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Forklift certification a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
