Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Glazier to join a local company in the Corsicana, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install various types of glass with precision
- Remove old or broken glass and prepare surfaces for new installations
- Install glass in windows, doors, display cases, storefronts, and skylights
- Work on residential and commercial projects, both new construction and renovations
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Secure glass using putty, glazier points, molding, or other means
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Experience as a glazier or in a similar trade preferred
- Bilingual Spanish & English preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights or on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Familiarity with tools and equipment related to glazing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
