Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Service Advisor to join a local company in the Grapeland, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturdays), 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service from start to finish
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Dispatch work to technicians efficiently
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, timelines, and recommendations
- Maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure
Requirements:
- Strong people skills; not shy and able to engage with customers easily
- Smart, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a busy environment
- Previous service advisor or automotive experience preferred, but not required
- High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset
