Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Carpenter to join a local company in the Corsicana, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 6PM
Responsibilities:
- Set and install concrete forms for foundations, slabs, and structural elements
- Build and assemble wood and metal frames for residential or commercial projects
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely, including saws, drills, nail guns, and levels
- Assist with layout and construction based on plans and drawings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a related construction role
- Knowledge of concrete form setting and framing techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Blueprint reading skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious
