Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a MIG Welder to join a local company in the Corsicana, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays), 6AM - 6PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel materials and components
- Work in a steel fabrication shop environment
- Read and follow basic blueprints, work orders, or welding specifications
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Assist with steel fabrication, fitting, and assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience with Structural MIG Welding (Required)
- Ability to work in a shop environment and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
