Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to join a local company in the Athens, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and guide them appropriately
- Learn and apply product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately
- Maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication
- Assist with order processing, follow-ups, and resolution of customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
- Utilize computer systems to manage customer information and track customer interactions
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or customer relations experience preferred
- Ability to learn products and services quickly
- Comfortable using computer systems and basic office software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive, professional attitude
