Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals Athens, TX is seeking applicants for Crew lead positions! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Athens, TX and its surroundings that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Read and interpret shippers/plans
- Pull smaller and larger miscellaneous materials
- Count inventory and use scales accurately
- Fabricate cable bracing
- Receive freight at receiving dock
- Package anchor bolts and plans
- Complete monthly and weekly inventory counts
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Stock warehouse shelves
- Cut panels and skylights to required lengths
- Ensure compliance with company/RD policies
- Load retail customers
- Assist with managing warehouse operations and inventory
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Previous warehouse or crew lead experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
