Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment and perform manual production tasks in a food manufacturing environment.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Maintain quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Inspect products and report equipment or quality issues.
- Keep the work area clean and assist with equipment setup and changeovers as needed.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Good basic math skills.
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Self-motivated and able to follow instructions.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
