Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the glue station and stock supplies based on daily production needs.
- Follow production schedules and manufacturing procedures.
- Assemble foam core and foam encased mattresses using the correct components and specifications.
- Apply hot melt or water-based adhesive safely and properly.
- Work effectively as part of a team and assist other employees as needed.
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
- Meet or exceed daily production and quality standards.
