Kristen Stephens
Manager
Kristen joined Express Employment Professionals in May 2024 after first walking through the doors as a job seeker at the very Denton County office she now leads. A graduate of the University of North Texas, she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology in December 2023. While she brought years of experience in property and project management, she also experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to find the right opportunity after graduation. That journey led her to Express, where she quickly discovered a passion for helping people and businesses succeed together. What began as a role as an Employment Specialist soon grew into opportunities as a Business Developer and, ultimately, Manager of the Express Denton County office in Corinth. Since moving to Denton with her husband in 2020, Kristen has been proud to call the community home. She loves building genuine relationships with local businesses, supporting the growth of the community, and helping job seekers find careers where they can thrive. Having been in their shoes herself, she understands how life-changing the right opportunity can be and is committed to helping others find theirs.
