Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Batch Maker position for a local Sulphur Springs, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Operate a variety of mixing and blending equipment across the plant floor
- Perform pre-form quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers
- Maintain accurate inventory by properly reporting material usage and minimizing waste
- Ensure measuring devices are properly calibrated
- Complete all required paperwork and data entry accurately and on time
- Assist with physical inventory counts
- Maintain good housekeeping of your workstation
- Follow all safety guidelines to promote a safe workplace

- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience with time management and multitasking
- A sense of ownership and accountability
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Data entry experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when required
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
