Brittany Traver

Regional Payroll Director and Executive Assistant

Years ago, Brittany walked through the doors of Express, seeking a new direction in her career. After going through the interview process as an associate, she eagerly awaited a call from her Employment Specialist. To her surprise and delight, she was offered a position as Express's Front Office Coordinator.

She embraced this role for two years before being promoted to Territory Payroll Director. Another year later, she advanced to Regional Payroll Director and Executive Assistant to the Regional COO. Her leadership journey has begun, marking a new chapter in her career. She has cherished every moment of serving the wonderful people and businesses in the community. Each day brings new opportunities to connect, support, and grow together. Whether it's helping a local business thrive or assisting individuals in finding their dream jobs, the joy and fulfillment she experiences are immeasurable. She looks forward to continuing this journey and making a positive impact in the community.

Employment Specialist

Alma joined the Express tribe in 2024 and is passionate about helping people and families succeed through her work at Express Employment Professionals. She finds joy in connecting individuals with opportunities that shape their futures.

Outside of work, her heart belongs to her faith and family. She has accepted Jesus into her life, and she and her family cherish their time together worshiping at church. She and her husband have been blessed with over 10 wonderful years of marriage and two beautiful daughters who fill their lives with joy.

On weekends, they can be found cheering at soccer games and supporting their daughters' cheerleading events. Balancing faith, family, and career is at the core of everything she does.

Employment Specialist

Julia joined Express in March 2024 and transitioned into a full-time role in July. As an Employment Specialist, she is passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities, ensuring long-term success for both clients and associates. Helping people find the perfect fit and watching them grow and thrive in their roles is truly rewarding to her.

When she’s not working, she loves playing video games, which is actually how she met her husband of 12 years! She is excited to continue making meaningful placements that not only bring value to clients but also make a positive impact on the lives of the people she works with.

Keri joined the Express tribe in November of 2024. She is an ambitious Employment Specialist eager to grow and thrive with such an amazing company.

Her passion lies in helping people find not just jobs but opportunities that can blossom into fulfilling career paths—ones that help them build bright futures with companies they love, just as she was fortunate enough to find. She also takes pride in helping companies find great associates who will contribute to their growth and success.

Outside of work, she is the proud mother of a teenage boy, and together, they embrace life to the fullest every single day. Their life motto is, “I’ma let myself live good,” which inspires them to approach each day with positivity, purpose, and gratitude for another day on earth. She is also lucky to share this journey with her loving boyfriend, Alex. Together, they enjoy any type of adventure, whether it’s trying new foods or exploring a good thrift store.

Business Relationship Manager

John joined the Express team in March of 2025 as a Business Relationship Manager. He is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by providing exceptional service and support. With a strong belief in Express’s culture of serving others and supporting the local community, John is excited to help connect great people with great opportunities.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, Fallon, their two daughters, Ava and Harlow, and their dogs, Axel and Rusty. As a proud girl dad, most of his free time is spent coaching their teams, shopping, watching movies and TV shows together, golfing, and staying active with soccer and cheer.

His mission is to be a positive influence in both the workplace and the community, one connection at a time.

Front Office Coordinator

Kristen joined the Express Employment Professionals team in June 2025. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and thrives in a culture that values teamwork and making a real difference in people’s lives. As the Front Office Coordinator, Kristen is often the first point of contact, and she takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every visitor.

Outside of work, Kristen is a devoted mother to two young adult sons, ages 21 and 18. She also serves as a minister at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, and is a passionate public speaker, community leader, and former City Council Member. Whether she’s spending time with family or serving others, Kristen is dedicated to making a positive impact.

Regional Marketing Specialist

Brenna joined the Express team in May of 2024 after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing. Born and raised in East Texas, she could not imagine living anywhere else and is so excited to be back home! In her spare time, Brenna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outside. She is so excited to explore her creativity in this position and cannot wait to see where her journey with Express takes her!
