Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Shop Helper position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the shop and work areas
- Peel plastic and cut pipe materials as needed
- Support shipping operations and other general shop floor tasks
- Perform various duties as assigned to meet production and operational needs
- Work in outdoor conditions and high-heat environments when required

- Hard-working and reliable
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times throughout the shift
- Willing and available to work overtime as needed
- Comfortable working in outdoor and hot environments
