Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Repack Selector position for a local Sulphur Springs, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Select and pull customer orders accurately
- Pick and pack items for shipment
- Lift and move totes as needed
- Work in very confined spaces
- Walk consistently throughout your shift (up to 12–14 miles per day)
- Remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Work in close proximity with team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to get along well with others
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to walk long distances throughout the shift
- Previous warehouse, order selecting, or pick/pack experience is a plus
