Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Bilingual Box Truck Delivery Driver position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Deliver HVAC equipment and tools to job sites using a box truck, ensuring items are transported safely, on time, and without damage
- Assist the installation crew on-site by moving equipment and preparing the job site as needed
- Follow all safety regulations, maintain accurate delivery logs, and communicate clearly with the team
- Use company-provided hand trucks, dollies, basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers), tie-downs, and tarps to secure and handle deliveries
- Use a smartphone or tablet to receive schedules, update job status, and communicate with dispatch
- Regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Proven box truck driving experience
- Strong understanding of safe driving practices and efficient route navigation
- Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for handling and moving equipment
- Excellent time management for prompt and accurate deliveries
- Ability to solve problems on the job and adapt under pressure
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable
- Strong team player who communicates clearly with coworkers and supervisor
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
- Must have a Valid DL!
