Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Foam Line Saw - Ski Operator position for a local Terrell, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Operate the rack, gantry, or ski system during foam production runs
- Visually inspect foam buns during production and storage for quality control
- Assist the pour line operator during foam shutdown procedures
- Maintain and clean the cutoff saw or ski before and after each foam pour
- Keep the work area clean and safe according to plant standards
- Follow all instructions accurately and efficiently
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as part of daily job duties
- Operate a forklift as needed for production support
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Must be able to pass a PLHCP Respirator Test and wear a respirator
- Proven dependability and a strong attendance record
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Forklift experience is required
- Some computer knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to safety and detail in a manufacturing environment
