Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Auto Mechanic-ASE Technician position for a local Winnsboro, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Perform repairs and replacements on brakes, suspensions, mufflers, and alignments
- Diagnose automotive issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Solve problems and complete repairs independently
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
- Work on your feet for extended periods, performing repetitive motions, lifting, and bending
- Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Must be ASE Certified
- Have 2–3 years of hands-on mechanic experience
- Possess their own hand tools
- Can use and interpret diagnostic machines accurately
- Are self-motivated, dependable, and require minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Thrive in a physically active role with repetitive movement
