Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Shift C - Utility Worker position for a local Sulphur Springs, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Perform recycling and waste removal, including taking out trash
- Provide sanitation and changeover support, including cleaning bottling coolers and performing master sanitation
- Assist with break relief and support production operations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and operate safely at all times
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Support team productivity to meet or exceed established goals
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Commitment to wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfort working around moving mechanical parts such as conveyors, gears, and sprockets
- Ability to work in environments with high temperatures, humidity, and vibration
