Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Sandblaster position for a Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Operate abrasive-blasting equipment to clean and finish metal surfaces
- Prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, and debris using sand, grit, or shot
- Ensure all surfaces meet quality standards for painting or further processing
- Use protective gear and follow all safety protocols while blasting
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Previous experience in sandblasting or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to handle and operate abrasive blasting equipment and air compressors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, handle heavy hoses, and wear PPE (respirators, gloves, goggles)
- Comfortable working in dusty and noisy environments
