Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Structural Welder position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Weld structural components such as beams, columns, and frames
- Use MIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding methods depending on the job requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
- Operate safely in environments with heat, sparks, and heavy materials
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- 1–2 years of structural welding experience preferred
- Proficiency in MIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and welding diagrams
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, secure welds
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and follow strict safety protocols
