Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Industrial Painter position for a Sulphur Springs, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Prepare all materials for painting, following proper guidelines and procedures
- Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures using forklifts, cranes, or other equipment
- Ensure consistent, high-quality coating/painting of all components
- Operate paint and compressor equipment, including spray rigs and paint guns
- Use airless and conventional spray systems (preferred)
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Knowledge of airless and conventional paint rigs (preferred)
- Experience operating forklifts, spray rigs, and related equipment
- Good eye-hand coordination and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
