Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a HVAC Technician position for a local Emory, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide accurate, effective repair solutions
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system operation, repairs, and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in customers’ homes
- Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately and on time
- Manage service calls independently and efficiently
- Provide technical guidance when needed (no formal supervisory duties required)
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas
- Flexibility with work hours—days may be long depending on workload
- Must have VALID DL!
- EPA Certified, HVAC Certified!
