Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Inside Sales Representative position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s system
- Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and product availability
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and updates
- Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Communicate any discrepancies, delays, or approval needs to appropriate team members
- Respond promptly to internal requests to help maintain workflow efficiency

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and CRM/order-entry systems
- Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving skills and initiative on administrative tasks
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative roles
- Experience with order processing or in a sales/production-driven environment
- Background in lumber, building materials, or EWP (Engineered Wood Products)
- Familiarity with wood products, structural components, or construction materials
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or service-based industries
