Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Pre-Delivery Service Specialist position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Complete the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process on new and used powersports vehicles
- Perform vehicle detailing to prepare units for the sales floor, customer delivery, and lot presentation
- Conduct light maintenance work as needed
- Receive all incoming vehicles and accurately enter vehicle information into ADP Lightspeed
- Complete PDI check sheets according to model-specific specifications
- Ensure proper quality control checks are completed prior to delivery
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to support timely and accurate vehicle readiness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support and encourage a results-driven, values-based sales and service culture
- Communicate professionally and courteously with team members and customers
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Must have Valid DL!
- Knowledge and experience on ATV's is a plus!
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow inspection checklists and procedures accurately
- Basic mechanical or maintenance knowledge is a plus
- Experience with vehicle detailing preferred
- Strong professional communication skills with tact and courtesy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
