Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Service Technician position for a local Paris, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Paris, Tx that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
🔧 Equipment Diagnosis & Repair
- Troubleshoot and repair copiers, printers, and related IT equipment both onsite and in-shop
- Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic network-related issues
🛠 Preventative Maintenance & Installation
- Perform routine maintenance on office equipment
- Install and configure copiers, printers, and related systems
- Ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels
📋 Customer Support & Documentation
- Provide professional technical support to clients
- Clearly communicate repair updates and recommendations
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
- Basic understanding of networking and computer systems preferred
- Previous IT or technical repair experience preferred
- Experience with copier/printer repair is a plus
- Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply (training provided)
