Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Master Electrician position for a local Blossom, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Review blueprints, plans, and specifications for projects
- Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and project managers
- Maintain documentation and compliance records
- Supervise and provide guidance to electricians and apprentices as needed
- Pull permits and sign off on completed electrical work
- Oversee electrical projects and provide technical expertise on complex systems
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Master Electrician license required
- Several additional years of experience beyond journeyman level
- Deep knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and system design
- Ability to manage projects and oversee multiple job sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
- Ability to pass advanced licensing requirements and maintain compliance standards
