Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Maintenance Technician position for a local Winnsboro, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Support general facility and building maintenance as needed
- Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
- Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance projects
- Ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Previous maintenance technician or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work on both production equipment and general facility repairs
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
