Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Representative position for a local Quitman, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and clients.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order parts and supplies needed by service technicians.
- Communicate with technicians, customers, and vendors to ensure parts and services are coordinated efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.
- Experience with inventory, purchasing, or purchase orders is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
