Express Employment Professionals – Permian Basin is hiring dependable General Laborers for a peanut processing and agricultural production facility in Seagraves, TX.
This is a full-time, hourly position offering steady work, overtime potential, and a strong team environment.
🧰 Job Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain, monitor, and operate light industrial equipment as required for production and maintenance needs
• Perform general housekeeping duties: sweeping, compressed air cleaning, and keeping work areas clean and safe
• Assist with product flow, material handling, and general facility upkeep
• Work cooperatively with management and co-workers
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead

To be considered, candidates must:
• Commit to a zero-injury, safety-first culture
• The company has 3 shifts operating 24 hours per day, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including:
• Standing for prolonged periods
• Bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Working in hot or cold environments
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must successfully complete a background check

• Pay: $16.00/hour
