Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Make Ready for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities:

Perform light maintenance and repair tasks
-
Paint and touch-up interior walls as needed
-
Inspect apartments for damages or broken items and repair/replace as necessary

Assist the maintenance team with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Previous make ready or maintenance experience preferred
-
HVAC experience with an EAP certificate is required
-
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
-
Strong attention to detail and time management
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Frequent bending, stooping, and standing
Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
