Director of Recruiting and Professional Staffing

Adam joined the Express team in June 2011 after moving to Tyler from Lubbock, TX. With years in the "people business" as a college minister, he brings a wealth of experience and passion for people to his role at Express. "It is such a privilege to intersect people at a point of need, whether they are business people or job seekers. I love having the opportunity to bring people together to turn a time of need into an opportunity for success!"

Haley Childers

Branch Manager

Haley joined the Express tribe in July of 2021. To her, Express is a home away from home. She loves that she is in a role that allows her to be around like-minded people who feel captivated to help others in a way that affects them and their families. Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, playing and coaching softball, and participating in activities with her husband and daughter.

Connie Parrott

Employment Specialist

Connie joined the Express tribe in May of 2025. She brings a wealth of experience from the staffing industry, where she has built her career around connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Connie's true passion lies in supporting contingent employees and clients alike—fostering growth, trust, and long-term success for everyone she works with. Outside of work, Connie finds joy working in the yard, watching all kinds of sports, and cherishing quality time with her two grandsons.

Aaron Powell

Business Relationship Manager

Aaron joined the Express team in October 2025 and quickly found that his role never truly feels like work. He loves spending his days getting to know people — understanding what motivates them, the challenges they face, and how he can best serve their needs. The culture at Express is one of his favorite parts: uplifting, people-focused, and full of passion. For Aaron, it’s a place where purpose and joy collide.

Outside the office, Aaron is all about creating meaningful moments with his family. On the weekends, you’ll often find him serving at his church’s coffee shop, playing disc golf, enjoying live concerts, watching a great comedy, or spending time outdoors. He approaches life with intention, laughter, and a genuine love for people.

Shenitra Mackey

Front Office Coordinator

Shenitra joined the Express team in March 2025 and loves connecting with new people each day. She takes pride in helping individuals find opportunities that align with their skills and goals, knowing she plays an important role in their career journey. Outside of work, Shenitra enjoys spending time with her children, shopping, and cheering on her favorite team — go Chiefs! Her warmth and enthusiasm make her a welcoming presence in the office and a valued part of the Express team.

Alyleah joined the Express team in February of 2024. Born and raised in the Dallas area, she enjoys fishing and snacking in her free time. With a passion for helping others, Alyleah is dedicated to embodying the change she wants to see in her community. She is excited to be part of the Express family, which shares her values and commitment to making a positive impact.

Brenna Powell

Regional Marketing Specialist

Brenna joined the Express team in May of 2024 after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing. Born and raised in East Texas, she could not imagine living anywhere else and is so excited to be back home! In her spare time, Brenna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outside. She is so excited to explore her creativity in this position and cannot wait to see where her journey with Express takes her!
