Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Sewing Machine Operator position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Job Qualification:

Operate industrial sewing machines to sew saddle pads, ensuring high-quality stitching.

Work with a range of materials, including felt, leather, and webbing (1/4" to 1" thickness).

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines to ensure optimal functionality.

Measure and cut materials to the required specifications for saddle pad production.

Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet company standards.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of industrial sewing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.

Experience working with materials such as felt, leather, and webbing.

Ability to work with various thicknesses (1/4" to 1").

Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.

Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
