Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Technician for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed production and packaging equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance using basic hand and power tools
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Pay & Schedule
- Annualized Pay Range: Approximately $45,600 – $52,000+ per year, based on a $21.94 hourly rate, full-time schedule, and potential overtime
- Overtime opportunities available as business needs require
- Must be willing and able to work any shift

- Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of production or manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Stable work history and strong attendance record
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, inclusive environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and job-related skills assessment
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a lawful, job-related background screening, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating and maintaining automated equipment
- Familiarity with computer systems and product distribution systems
- Strong technical aptitude, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with liquid processing and/or packaging operations Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Use basic hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers for equipment maintenance and replacement
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds
- Work both indoors and outdoors in seasonal temperature and humidity conditions
- Operate a computer keyboard to input and access data
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, respiratory protection, and safety shoes
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and wear sanitary protective clothing such as coveralls, hairnets, and beard covers
Work Schedule (Easy to Understand)Option 1: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Available on Days or Nights
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
How it works:
- Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days
- Next week: off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days
- Then it repeats

Option 2: Monday–Friday Night Shift (Set Schedule)
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Monday through Friday nights
