Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Office Coordinator associate for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office and administrative tasks
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain organized paperwork, filing systems, and office records
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Support scheduling, communication, and office coordination activities
- Provide customer service to clients, vendors, and staff
- Assist management with additional office duties as assigned
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in the workplace
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent office or administrative/clerical experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer service and phone etiquette experience
- Basic administrative and clerical knowledge
