Job Title: Installer Helper
Client: Express Employment Professionals
Location: Tomball, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay:$16-$18 DOE
Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Installer Helper to join their team. This role involves assisting with door removal, preparation, and installation. Candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tear out old doors and related components
- Caulk around frames and prep areas for installation
- Install new doors and hardware
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs or more
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Collaborate with team members or work independently
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs+)
- Self-driven and motivated attitude
- Comfortable working under the elements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience in construction or door installation is a plus
