Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable General Labor Lead with a construction background to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be working alongside the crew while also providing direction when needed.
Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks including packing, moving, sorting, and demolition

Lead by example and assist in coordinating daily work activities

Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Train and guide team members as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Prior construction or related experience required

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, moving, demolition work)
