Packing & Crating Lead/Coordinator – Bilingual
Pay: $23–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (Flexibility required — workdays may extend until all tasks are completed.)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Packing & Crating Lead/Coordinator with strong export packing experience. Responsibilities
- Lead packing and crating operations
- Coordinate daily workflow and team direction
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all packing processes
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with management and operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of packing coordinator experience
- Strong knowledge of general cargo packing and export packing types
- Ability to perform in a high-demand environment
- Proficient in general WMS systems
- Able to follow direction and execute expectations
- Leadership skills and ability to guide a team
- Ability to quote packing jobs or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivated and dependable
- Good communication skills
- Punctual
