Job Full Description
Job Requirements:
Sorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis
Processing: Timely Complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards
Safety: Perform job functions in a safe manner and promptly report any accidents or safety hazards affecting safe operation to the safety committee.
Equipment: Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
Team Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and People Leaders. Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
- Prolonged periods (up to 8 hours) of standing/walking around the facility or department (excluding breaks)
- Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50-75lbs
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on the warehouse floor
