Kevin McCullough

Owner

Kevin, a Northern Virginia native and lifelong resident of the greater Washington DC area, attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C.  He then earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, only to return home to start his career and complete his Masters in Business Administration from Virginia Tech. 

Kevin started his 20-year career with KPMG in Washington, DC as a financial statement auditor followed by various corporate finance and accounting leadership positions in both the automotive and hospitality industries. 

In February 2023, Kevin opened the Express office in Tysons Corner, VA with the goal of helping good people find good jobs and helping good clients find good people.  Kevin’s vision for the Express office in Tysons Corner is to become the most trusted staffing agency in the DMV.  Throughout his career, Kevin interviewed, hired, and managed many people and developed an appreciation for the fact that there are few things more costly to a company than making the “wrong hire”. 

In his free time, Kevin, along with his wife, Lindsey, can usually be found around a basketball court, football field, lacrosse field, or swimming pool for a practice, game or swim meet for one of their three children.

Kelly Dobrydney

Light Industrial and Skilled Trade Employment Specialist

Kelly Dobrydney is an Employment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals in Tysons, VA, where she partners with clients to understand their staffing needs and connects talented Associates to rewarding opportunities across the DC area. She manages the Light Industrial and Skilled Trade desk, helping businesses in manufacturing, distribution, and technical trades find the right people to drive their success.

Kelly brings a diverse background in investment banking at CS First Boston (East Coast Industrial Group), shareholder services at Georgeson, and leadership roles in business management and operations. A long-time aquaphile and Managing Owner of SwimSmart USA, she also has extensive experience in small business ownership, strategic hiring, program development, and operational management. She has also held positions in turnaround consulting and non-profit national account management, giving her a broad perspective on workforce strategy and business operations.

A proud graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology and the University of Notre Dame, Kelly is also a Marine Officer spouse and mother of six young adults. Her personal and professional journey has shaped her approach to discipline, resilience, and leadership, which she brings to every client and Associate relationship. Passionate about helping others succeed, Kelly is committed to building meaningful connections and ensuring every placement is a strong fit for both candidate and employer.
