We are seeking a motivated and dependable Restoration Technician to join our team and help families and businesses recover after disasters such as floods, mold infestations, and biohazard incidents. For nearly 40 years, our organization has served the DC Metro area with professional water damage restoration, mold remediation, hoarding cleanup, and more.
Whether it’s a flooded home or a major cleanup, our technicians are on the front lines delivering fast, effective solutions with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency restoration services for water damage, mold, and biohazard jobs
- Set up and monitor equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers
- Follow job scopes and instructions from the Lead Technician or Crew Chief
- Remove unsalvageable materials and perform demolition/cleaning as needed
- Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Document all work performed and report any issues or equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Able to read and follow product labels and safety guidelines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning is a plus but not required
- IICRC – WRT certification is a plus, but not required
