Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Lead

A well-established electrical supply and distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 10+ employees. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel in daily operations
- Manage workflow, productivity, and employee performance
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Ensure warehouse organization, accuracy, and efficiency
- Train and develop team members to support long-term success
- Maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment
- Identify and implement operational improvements
- Partner with management to achieve company goals and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse leadership or management experience
- Experience supervising teams of 10 or more employees
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employees
- Experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or electrical supply distribution preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills welcomed but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 - $100,000 annual salary, depending on experience
