Job Full Description
Facility Technician Job Duties:
- Building and ground maintenance
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, HVAC and welding
- Performs repairs, general upkeep, and preventative maintenance on the factory building
- Basic machinery repairs
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
Qualifications:
- 6 months - 1 year of facilities maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for repairs.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for tools and general maintenance.
- Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking
- Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
- Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
- Organizational and time management skills
- Computer literate
- Basic welding skills
- Basic HVAC knowledge
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE
