With over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Laura has built a successful career across a variety of roles, developing a deep understanding of workforce solutions across multiple industries. As Division Manager, she currently oversees the Light Industrial, Administrative, and Professional divisions.

Laura is passionate about connecting great talent with outstanding opportunities and is dedicated to helping candidates achieve their career goals while supporting clients in building strong, productive teams.

In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on her favorite Seattle sports teams.

Stephanie joined Express in 2012 and has worked in four different offices, holding a variety of positions that have given her a well-rounded understanding of the staffing industry. As an Employment Specialist, she partners with industrial and skilled trades candidates and client companies to create successful employment matches.

She enjoys building relationships and helping candidates navigate their job searches with confidence, while providing exceptional service and clear communication. Stephanie is committed to being a trusted resource for both job seekers and employers.

Ashley joined Express in 2019 and has been connecting talented individuals with great career opportunities ever since. As a full-cycle recruiter, she manages the hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

She is passionate about providing a positive experience, communicating openly, and helping both job seekers and employers achieve their goals. Ashley believes the most rewarding part of recruiting is making meaningful connections and helping people find opportunities where they can succeed.
