Job Full Description
Location: Redmond, WA
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $22.55/hour
Responsibilities
- Process seafood products including fish, fish eggs, and crab
- Cut, fillet, skin, stack, and prepare fish products
- Weigh and package products for shipment
- Load and unload products into water bins for thawing and processing
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Perform basic math calculations to combine and verify product weights
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with general production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic math skills required
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred
- Knife skills and fish processing experience are a plus
- Experience operating a band saw is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
